Hey Gym Buds,

Here are a few exercises that you can do with your partner.  Go and check out the link for exercises as well as guidance on how to do them safely and properly…with your gym buddy, of course . Usually, you can do 10, 12, 15 or 20 reps for 2-4 sets depending on your fitness level. Maybe even go for a stretch goal!

11. Squat With Rotational Pass
12. Lunge-to-Chest Pass
13. High-Low Twist and Pass
14. Russian Twist Pass
15. Lateral Lunge With Throw
16. Overhead Pass With Squat
17. Sit-Up Pass
18. Partner Floor Slams
19. Forward-Backward Lunge With Pass
20. Side Pass

Bodyweight

21. Wheelbarrow Push-Up With Squat
22. Push-Up With Shoulder Tap
23. Reach-and-Touch Plank
24. Bodyweight Squat
25. Side Plank With Rotation and Clap
26. Squat Hold With High Knees
27. Jump Squats With Clap
28. Partner Pistol Squat
